First Up: When asked recently if Pastor Billy Graham has been an influence in his life, President George Bush responded, "Yes.  Especially in college when I was up to three grams a day."
Item 2:  Green Peace has released an attack ad targeting Senator Ted Kennedy, because he is opposing a planned windmill project set to begin construction near The Kennedy Compound.  And I always thought Green Peace protected the whales.  Especially the beached ones.
Item 3:  I've Got Some Bad News and Some Good News
The Bad News:  A woman in Russia set her husband on fire while he was snoozing naked on the couch.  The Good News:  The argument started because he wanted to spend money on a Hot Rod.  He wins!
Item 4:  Dateline--Washington, DC
Presidential hopeful Duncan Hunter's son is considering a run for his father's congressional seat.  "We share the same Republican values," explained Duncan Hunter, Jr., "and think of the money I'll save on campaign signs and buttons."
And Finally:

The Bing Crosby Joke of The Week
A mom was cleaning her ten year-old son's room, and discovered a couple of S&M magazines under his bed.  Horrified, she ran into the garage to show her husband.  "I found these in our son's room!" cried the mom, "What should we do?"  "Well," said the dad, as he thumbed through the pages, "I don't think we should spank him."
